Fitness isn't a one-size-fits-all kind of approach. While we are all much alike in many ways, we are also very different in ways, too. What kind of eating and exercise plan you go with somewhat depends on who you are, where you're at, and where you're going.
Before I move forward with guiding my clients in their fitness journey, one of the first questions I ask is, “What are your goals?” I proceed to ask several more questions, and then I move forward with an individualized approach based on their answers.
So think on these questions: What are your goals? What are you hoping to achieve? What do you want to be able to do? And base your fitness plan on what will work to help you get there.
