Most of us simply don't have time for everything. So we have to make time for the things that matter most to us. The things we deem important in our lives.
Many people say their health and well-being is important to them, but they just can't find the time to exercise. The problem is, we don't really find time. Rather, we make time for the things we want to do.
Sometimes it's a matter of getting better organized with our time by figuring out how we are wasting some of the time we have and making productive changes.
Or it might mean making adjustments to our schedule to fit things in. For example, getting up earlier to exercise before work, exercising after work, etc.
And we might need to give up something else in our life. Replace something less important with what is more important.
It all comes down to we only have time for so many things in life, and we all choose what's important to us by how we choose to spend the time we have. If you feel health and fitness are important to you, stop waiting until you find time for it. Instead, make a way to fit it into your life. :)
