While watching it snow out my window, I started thinking about how snow relates to fitness. Yeah, I know... it's kind of funny how my mind works sometimes. LOL!
But seriously, think about the correlation. Little flakes add up over time. Bigger flakes add up faster. We usually get a mix of both, and it eventually accumulates if the snowflakes keep falling long enough.
That's how our effort works towards our fitness goals. Little bits add up over time. Large amounts add up faster. We usually have a mix of both, and as long as we keep going, it all adds up to measurable progress towards our goals.
The snow will eventually stop, but your effort doesn't have to. Just keep going... :)
